Disregard. Fixed by changing overdrive setting on the monitor from Strong to Weak. Apparently, the issue is called "ghosting." Spooky.. Thanks!

Curious if this is just screen tearing because I don’t have G-Sync monitors, or actually something I can fix? Monitors are 1920x1080 running at 100hz. It did the same thing at 60hz, 120hz, and 140hz.
