[RESOLVED] Screen Tearing in P3D?

Post by Aviationsim4862 »

Curious if this is just screen tearing because I don’t have G-Sync monitors, or actually something I can fix? Monitors are 1920x1080 running at 100hz. It did the same thing at 60hz, 120hz, and 140hz. P3D V4 is running at around 55fps in this scenario.

Adaptive Vsync is enabled through the Nvidia Control Panel with triple buffering on.

Sorry for the terrible video. Doesn’t depict the issue if I use fraps.

Disregard. Fixed by changing overdrive setting on the monitor from Strong to Weak. Apparently, the issue is called "ghosting." Spooky.. Thanks!
